The Wongtee V Hotel policies

When you have a guaranteed reservation at a Wongtee V hotel and we are unable to accommodate you for any reason, we will arrange accommodation for you at another hotel at our expense. V hotel will provide you with a complimentary long distance phone call, transfer you to the other hotel and provide transportation back to our hotel where we wanted you to be in the first place.

Waitlist policy

The hotel provides waitlist. Please contact the hotel to be on the waitlist. The guest must provide the phone number, so that the hotel can notice when room is available.

Family Plan

V hotel's Family Plan provides children under 12 free accommodations when staying in the same room with their parents, if necessary, the hotel can provide free extra bed service (subject to the availability of extra bed at that time in hotel). If you need more than one room, each of which will be charged based on the number of adults.

Children's Meal Plan

Children of registered hotel guests under the age of 6 can enjoy complimentary buffet meals in All Day V Cafe and V Bar when accompanied by a paying adult, up to a maximum of 2 children. In excess of 2 children under the age of 6 and for all children above 6 and below 12, a 50% discount of the buffet price will be offered.

For non-registered guests, children under the age of 12 can enjoy 50% discount in All Day Dining outlet (Cafes) when accompanied by a paying adult.

ID requirements

For safety, guests are required to provide valid ID cards with photo during check-in. valid ID cards include driving license, passport and/or age certificate.

Early check-in policy

The hotel can provide the early check-in service at the guest's request, but shall be subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy

For check-out before 18:00, you shall pay RMB 200 yuan per hour for late check-out; for check-out after 18:00, full room rate shall be paid.

Early check-out policy

If you need to check out early, please confirm your departure date and time in advance during check-in, in order to avoid paying early check-out fee equal to one-night room rate and taxes.

Reservation policy

In addition to presenting the credit card for reservation, during check-in, valid credit card must also be presented. Even if the guests want to pay in cash during check-in or check-out, they would still have to provide the credit card.

Credit card policy

The hotel doesn't accept credit card payment by the third party. Credit card payment can only be accepted when the user is at the spot. Otherwise, guests can only pay through the bank telegraphic transfer or transfer.

Money policy

The room rate confirmed in dollar during guest's stay at the hotel may be converted into the local currency price according to the hotel's exchange rate, and under the influence of exchange rate fluctuations. The payment by credit card will be subject to other currency conversion provided by the bank or credit card institutions, which is not under the hotel's control, and may affect the amount charged from your credit card. Check cashing policy

The hotel can provide check cashing service for the guests with effective identification.

Pet policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
